Yup, same bad experience
Yup, same horrible experience here. I ordered 3 gift baskets from this company for Christmas and was expecting to receive a basket for myself (which was ordered Dec 10th!) which was only received 2 days ago (Jan 10th, a whole month later!!!). I am still waiting for one basket to be delivered. There is zero communication with the company, making it impossible to even get a refund. They have the same recorded voice message since Christmas and they do not reply to their emails, as they promised they would. They have also convienently disabled their comments section on social media because they know they will be scorched by their customers (like me). I do wish more people would read these reviews (and read related article - Google search “CBC.ca”) before ordering. I sure regret that I didn’t! Please avoid this company. They will happily take your money and run with it.
