I’m not sure what the issue is
I’m not sure what the issue is, whether it’s with our actual therapist or if it’s the Rula system. Our first apt with Diane was rescheduled not by us, due to her being double booked. Not how I wanted to start out given the fact that my daughter was having thoughts of hurting herself so therapy was urgently needed. The communication from Diane was good and notice was given days in advance. Our second apt, went well. Our 3rd apt, I checked my email and saw that I had no email or link for our apt that day. I called Rula and was told our apt had been canceled. I asked by who? I never canceled it, they couldn’t say due to not having access to that information. I asked that we be rescheduled and was told our therapist would reach out. I didn’t get contacted until a week later by Diane and we discussed every other Wednesday starting that week. My daughter logged on to that apt link for Wednesday & Diane was a no show. I texted her & received a call back a few hours later and was told she had no service or WiFi where she was at. I feel like if your going to schedule an apt you should make sure you have service of WiFi, and a call should have been made prior to my daughter waiting in the waiting room for 20+ minutes. She said she had to drive to get service to call me, but this was hours after our scheduled time and I had already texted her. I then received an email rescheduling her apt for the following Saturday, I texted Diane that was not going to work for us, we never discussed rescheduling for this day. I let her know I could do the following Wednesday and it was agreed. I checked my email today (our rescheduled date we agreed upon) but saw that our apt was scheduled for Thursday (tomorrow). I’m just irritated that there is just always an issue with either scheduling, or communication. Not sure who is at fault but if this is the norm I may reach back out to Kaiser & ask to be reassigned.
