I called to talk to someone in customer service and after about 40 messages about doing things online I am told that there is a huge queue of people waiting to talk and call volumes are sooo high... every company now says the same thing.. I haven't had a meter reading in over 18 months, they email me to send it in and say its an actual read on the bill.. absolutely useless... roll on the end of my contract!!!
