I travel long distances frequently. Altho I didn’t see Crystal travel having as many reviews as other travel agencies, their charges of airfares seemed most reasonable. Amy Tanwar was prompt in sending me the E tickets and later to inform me of some minor scheduled changes. When I realised that I had booked the tickets under the wrong surname ie my married name instead of my maiden name as on the passport, I was immensely worried. An expensive mistake but Carolina Diaz was reassuring and had the name change soon sorted. Thank you girls for all the help you have given me.
