scam
They scammed me. edit: ı wanted to celebrate new year with magic truffes , ı sent cash in envolope for 1 hollandia truffle pack at the 20 december 2018. and 3 january 2019, ı asked for money and he say 'we didnt recieve it '. ı sent to the turkey and ı think its normal to arriving late and ı wait and after 1 week ı think they are scammer but today they say he never recieved anything and so they offer me 2 free bags for my mistake actually. now ı am sure they didnt recieve and ı am sorry to blame you :( propably the world best customer service , they might be problems with cash with envelope payment method, ı recommend other payment methods ı ate that before and my best high experience. p.s: sorry for my bad english .
