I clicked a button to garnish further info and received a WhatsApp message full of emojis etc! I would expect emojis from a friend but not a professional business that I'm looking to spend thousands of pounds with! Gave me the feeling that I've had a teenage child message me rather than a professional business! This first contact did not make me feel like I'm dealing with a trusted and experienced company!
