Poor Customer Service
When tracking my package after being several days late I saw that it appeared to be lost. I contacted the “customer care” reps and all they did was repeat the info I gave them. Since they were unwilling to do anything I contacted the USPS directly. They confirmed that the package was lost and it would be necessary to contact Joann again for reimbursement. Two days later and I still have not heard anything.
