AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I moved into my great jones property only a few days ago and am already prepared to move out. This is the SINGLE WORST moving experience I've ever had. We were told we could move on the 5th during the 31st of the previous month. The morning of the 5th, once my Uhaul was fully packed and loaded, and merging onto the highway, they call and say we can't move in for another few days. Apparently the move in team and the leasing team were not communicating properly. This is already a GIANT warning sign. Companies do this to offset responsibility and offload costs to the customer. After an hour of waiting the move in team verifies that we can move in so we get back on the road. When we arrive at the home there's no appliances, the front security gate is completely busted, and the toilet is running 24/7 (really bad for a water bill). It's not until the 9th that a delivery man shows up with a fridge and stove, after I've lost $250-300 in groceries (Had they just told us there were no appliances earlier we happily would have delayed the move!!!!). Once he shows up it turns out the cabinets are too low for the fridge to fit under, and he can't install the stove because THE REALTY COMPANY HAD A DRYER OUTLET (as in a washer dryer) INSTALLED IN THE KITCHEN! HOW THE HELL DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN!? I spend all day of the 9th calling, texting, e-mailing for help. No response. I wake up today the 10th, and I've been on the phone for over 3 hours, just on hold, waiting for ANYONE to take my call and address these issues. Still no responses. My plan now is just to move out. Screw this company. I don't care if my lease is broken or my credit shot, the inability TO COOK AND STORE FOOD IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
