DO NOT TRUST. I'll be honest: The sales agents are LOVELY. Thomas Elliot at MHM, in particular, was genuinely really sweet. I signed up with them because they were more budget-friendly, and I had a positive experience after speaking with Thomas. It all changed quickly once my case was opened, and I was diverted to Premier Property Lawyers. My conveyancer was Tracy Parker—abysmal service, terrible duty of care towards the client. Honestly, it feels like they're running a sweatshop where every client is simply a number and nothing more. I'm hiring lawyers to purchase my first property, and this exciting milestone was somewhat soured by how I was consistently spoken to. Despite repeated requests, no clarity was being given on what they needed. She'd email at 5 pm in the evenings shortly before closing, dragging the matter to the next working day. It was causing so much unnecessary stress to me, especially as a FTB. At the end of the day, I'm hiring a company for a service, and I expect a certain standard to be met when it comes to being taken care of as a client. I finally ended up changing solicitors and felt at peace. It's just all-around terrible, and while the sales department is great, their conveyancing services are terrible. From what I can tell, all the positive reviews this company has had are due to the lovely sales team, and unfortunately for them, while they're doing their jobs right, Premier Property Lawyers are just TERRIBLE. Avoid and go with someone more expensive. You honestly get what you pay for. I learned that the hard way.
