Great input and pleasant to deal with…
Great input and pleasant to deal with agreed to sign up engineer came also polite tidy and helpful to install the broadband on Friday morning. Saturday it wasn't working I called they tried everything over the phone but to no joy so they booked engineer to come back. Engineer came Monday at 8am problem fixed everything working perfect. It was the extra mile the staff went to over the weekend calling to apologise calling to confirm engineer then calling to make sure everything was still perfect later in the day. It's lovely to be treated with respect and kept up to date 10/10 for customer service Thankyou Sharon
