Turned up in time slot. Were polite and helpful and did a good job. However Ali was training another cleaner - I had not been informed of this in advance.

Could do better
Nice hotel with nice staff and food, good views of the sea from front of building. Trips were very good. My room overlooked a pub so very noisy in the afternoons and evenings until 1am so difficult to sleep. Our driver was ill on our return day so we had to wait over 2 hours for a replacement coach and driver. No stop at place of interest like normal because of this delay. Put a damper on the holiday.
