They were instructed to help us sell our Home. The first initial contact was great, however it slowly became apparent that we were not a priority,we had no updates unless we asked, we knew more from the buyers solicitors than our own. We have unanswered emails,unanswered question. We were always behind, to the point of signing where we realised that we hadn't filled in alot of the forms. The case was taken over on the final day by a different agent who sorted it all ,and for her we were greatful. We were threatened with extra charges for over communication.... Ultimately the sale went through, it was very stressful. Our final bill was more than quoted. Very basic service and not enough communication. Our bill was ready for us in our folder but we hadn't even filled in the forms we were supposed to sales contract ,bank details.....very poor
