Lost sale due to no communication
There is a pattern emerging in these 612 one star reviews for this company ! If only I'd read them rather than trusting the broker that recommended this firm. PCS Legal have been uncommunicative, unprofessional and uncaring from the start which was 6 months ago. I have now lost the sale of my house and have been caused enormous stress. I have spent a lot of time on hold listening to a recorded message that tells me how fast and efficient they are and how their teams are always contactable. This a complete lie. The team dealing with my case were rarely contactable (on the phone, on lunch, too busy) and did not respond to emails or requests for callbacks Their much lauded tracker never updated. When my buyer's solicitors told them the buyer would pull out unless they responded that week I phoned and emailed them daily and was reassured by other teams that it was being dealt with. This also turned out to be false. When I complained through their formal system (as I can see their response to all these damning reviews suggests) they offered me £25 ! I shall be complaining to the broker that recommended them and taking this further with the legal ombudsman
