Roaming cost outside EU
I traveled outside of Europe and, upon arrival, did not receive any message about roaming rates or Internet costs. After connecting to the airport Wi-Fi, 5 minutes after turning on my phone, I received three messages simultaneously: one about the rates, one indicating that 80% of the limit was already consumed, and one about the block after reaching €70. All of this happened without any prior warning, leading to a charge of €70 in just a few minutes. I find it unacceptable that the notifications arrived late, causing data usage without first informing about the costs. I contacted customer service, but they blamed me for not checking the rates beforehand and did not offer any refund, not even partially. This seems to be a clear malfunction of the service, and I am extremely dissatisfied with how the issue was handled.
