From the beginning to the end Sophie was incredible, Originally we were just selling a property but we quickly found another one and she was fantastic at ensuring they both went through at the same time. Sophie guided us through everything and made the whole process easy. At no stage did i feel overwhelmed as Sophie kept us informed all the time, I have already recommended her to others who are using her.
