I am a new Freenet internet customer…
I am a new Freenet internet customer and so far the experience was pretty bad. One month passed since i signed the contract and paid 35 euro for the month of January of dsl offer for internet. On 22 January they gave me the appointment to install the dsl internet. The technician came saw the main phone box in the building, talked to the building manager who was on site and told him he needs to put a cable from the main socket to my apartment and went away saying he can’t wait and they will let me know for a second appointment and made me sign something i didn’t understand what. Meanwhile the building manager installed immediately the same day the needed cable while i tried to reach to anyone from freenet inexistent customer support bu phone , chat , emails. It seems this company has no customer support??? I will wait a few more days then i will cut the sepa payment and will ask to end the contract for their cause as they don’t answer, don’t inform and one has to pay and be left to hang like a usless hanger. Are your customers just paying hangers? I am not one so few more days and my lawyer will write you a nice letter to ask damage also, as i work from home and i don’t have your service nor any contact with or from your customer support and one month has passed from the start of the contract! Ridiculous! Do your paying customers have to chase you to have your service delivered or explained? No way! Don’t activate any contract with this company! They’re way out and totally untrustworthy from what i see they care ZERO once you sign the contract!
