Poor Returns Service
Ordered a pair of Asics Metaspeed edge, fitted too small/tight despite ordering half size up as I always do, so had to return using the 48 hour Tracked Service. Despite them being received back 3rd April I'm still awaiting refund 2 weeks later, I emailed customer support last week who advised the refund would be made when they were scanned in? Why should it take so long when they are there, other than to hold onto my money..this seems to be a recurring theme going by other reviews. I will be making a call tomorrow as have lost faith in waiting for it to happen.
