Terrible company. Terrible customer service
I tried mint mobile because I saw good reviews and I was tired of the big company screwing me over. This was one of the worst mistakes ever. Leave verified through their website that my phone is compatible. I have literally spent hours on hours on the phone with him because my phone will not work. Their customer service, including their supervisor, is absolutely terrible. They do deserve five stars for worst customer service. Their supervisors care less than the actual customer service representative. Now they're telling me my phone is only partially compatible. Wth hell does that mean. Cuz before I signed up I was told it was compatible not partially compatible. 3 and 1/2 Weeks later. I was on the phone, I don't know how many attempts at troubleshooting now. They're refusing a refund because it's past the first 7 days. Now I see why they sell in bulk. 😤
