I suffer from Peripheral Neuropathy and was advised that I should try Vicks VapoRub as a temporary analgesic - a photo was included, which showed a pack of Vicks VapoRub with a red panel saying "Topical Analgesic". Eventually I found the IDENTICAL product on online-pharmacy4u.co.uk. I ordered it and they delivered the wrong product which I confirmed with Proctor & Gamble was indeed slightly different. I had not opened the product they sent and I asked them to just refund me. They said they would but insisted I had to re-package it, take it to the post office and post it back first. Otherwise, despite delivering the WRONG PRODUCT, they refused to refund me without me returning the product. UPDATE 10/02/24 Pharmacy4U have now kindly refunded my payment.
