A non-emplyee delivered my mail.
I told them that they had taken my recorded delivery package to the wrong/different address, and they said they would look into it but told me that although their number dyslexic employee had made an error they refused to accept liability & told me to get a refund from the person who sent me it (that had done no wrong) Luckily an honest homeowner brought it to me 9 days later whilst walking their dog. How can you trust an organisation that is set up like this? Mr Bates?
