Crypto Case
I raised a case with Cel Sol regarding a crypto scam where I was heavily manipulated. My case was unsuccessful against bank since they did intervene on one of the transactions early in my scam. I was extremely vulnerable at the time, not in a good position with my health and family matters but there was No compassion from neither Cel nor the financial ombudsman, that came across in the reports. I never looked for Crypto, the scammers found me and lured me in and made me believe, it was a form of APP but I was seen at fault. I came away with nothing from the process. I also believe if I searched for alternative solicitors where there has been plentiful success stories then I may of had a different outcome. That's a matter of opinion but I did seek a second opinion but the fact the FOS ruled in my banks favour has made this process difficult to take further. I was scammed of my savings. I worked hard all my working days to save for my family for it to be taken away. Please carry out reviews before selecting a solcitor to represent you. All staff at Cel were lovely to talk to and want you to write reviews for each stage of the process hence 4.9 stars, but look at success stories where the final outcome has been in favour of the customer.
