Cancelled PAC number requested
I'm on a great plan 30GB @ £10 per month. Always have a great signal. I messed my plan up 🙄 but an amazing live chat employee called Rohit sorted this for me today without any penalties or issue. He's an absolute credit to the company, best customer service I've received to be fair. Sadly I have this done go me again, no live chat, first number I found kept ending the call, found a second number, guy tried but just wanted me to go back on my account and select a plan, what planet he's from god only knows, why would I do that when I'd already added a new card yet again as they reckon they couldn't take the payment, all my bills are DD so unsure what's up with this lot. So they've just lost a customer as I've got a PAC number and will be going elsewhere.
