Vodafone coverage outages lasting a long time

My last review a few years ago was positive - and I have been with them for several years but this year have started getting Vodafone outages for days / up to a week each time at home. Happened in both April and May '25. No prior warning you would be getting no internet coverage for up to a week! This isn't acceptable when people rely on it (I don’t have broadband). If it’s maintenance - inform people in advance, if it’s a technical issue - needs to be resolved far quicker. The Voxi customer service team are quite helpful (on the phone, not via chat) however they can’t resolve Vodafone outages of course. Not only that they can’t simply give you compensation or a refund, you have to call all over again before your plan renews and they have to remove the plan then add it back etc - rediculous process. Looking to move to another network as cannot rely on the coverage. Unfortunately I bought a three sim as backup and just seen they've merged. :-l Also cannot get a VAT receipt or any idea of data usage if on an unlimited plan. In response - there is absolutely no point in calling again as coverage is ok again and all your staff ever say is sorry there is nothing they can do.
