TrustPilot negative reviews referred to Directors and Underwriters

We have received excellent support from our current private health insurers. The renewal premium was subject of a substantial increase. This coincided with a letter and brochure from HMCA with an estimate based on correspondence the previous year. Being hearing impaired it was very helpful to be able to follow this contact up by email. Eventually we became involved in a friendly follow up telephone call. Their representative spoke to us clearly inviting us to provide update and details of our medical history and medications. The HMCA estimate was confirmed as still being valid. To avoid misunderstanding we asked that this information, confirming the details under which the offer was made, were confirmed in writing. This seems normal procedure with other quotations but has yet to be provided. An added reason for this request was a "doom and gloom" email we received from our current insurer warning us what competitors left out or their cover or the restrictions they would apply and the consequences of changing our current policy. Some those concerns were reflected in a few of the TrustPilot reviews that are posted here. It is outstanding customer and team support that the Directors and Underwriters are now involved in assessing our concerns and other points raised in TrustPilot reviews UPDATE 28th November 2023. HMCA did not respond to this review. It is only within the last week that I have received a final decision from a Director of HMCA in response to my concerns. Such a final letter is needed before outstanding issues can be presented to the Financial Ombudsman Service. This original five star review has therefore been downgraded to one star.

Checked out and it is a genuine offer

Received an impressive letter today from Anglia Research. Seemed difficult to believe that there might be unclaimed money associated with the estate of my "father's maternal grandmother's family". The family were from the East End of London and obviously Anglia Research have found the estate of sufficient value to justify their involvement in chasing potential beneficiaries. These days one must always be wary of scams. The accreditations of this organisation include membership of the Association of Probate Researcher, Professional Paralegal Register and regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority for some aspects of the business. "The Parliamentary Review" provides an outstanding independent assessment of this business Anglia Research do not ask for money up front but 10% plus VAT of any money recovered on my behalf
