Title: Terrible Experience – Misleading, Unprofessional, and Possibly a Scam

I had an extremely disappointing experience with LifeStation. I never received the device, yet multiple representatives gave me conflicting stories about its status. One claimed the unit was still in their facility, while another said it had already shipped. However, USPS tracking clearly shows that they are still "waiting for the item"—meaning LifeStation never actually sent it. When I requested a confirmation of cancellation, I was first told I’d receive one in 24–48 hours, which then changed to 5–7 business days. A supervisor named Adam eventually told me they don’t even have the option to send a cancellation confirmation—something that should be standard business practice. This is not what I was promised by the original sales rep, Christina, who made everything sound easy and trustworthy. Instead, I’ve had to chase them down for basic accountability. The lack of transparency, inconsistency in communication, and refusal to provide documentation all raise serious red flags. This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and feels very much like a scam. I would strongly caution anyone considering LifeStation to look elsewhere.
