Ecoplex Customer Service Excels
After writing about my poor experience with Ecoplex on Trustpilot and Google, I have since been contacted by Ecoplex Customer Service Manager. Their apology has been sincere. They were very surprised with my experience, explaining that it was not the way they work. Their Customer Service manager told me that they would send out their team to address the issues I raised. The issues were sorted out within a week! Actually the guys who arrived were nothing short of total professionals in terms of attitude and competency. They checked EVERYTHING sorted out the two small issues I had, cleared up after themselves and left me with a different opinion of Ecoplex. Given my most recent positive experience I am rating them at 4 stars I had ordered a 6.6kWp array, Sigen inverter and 10kW battery. The system works very well indeed, I'm paying less than €30 a month (mainly PSO Levy and Standing Charge) since October! I have this to look forward to for the next 25 years.
