My disappointment is immeasurable.
My disappointment is immeasurable. A friend ordered food from this company and they shipped it UPS ground. This was a perishable, frozen shipment sent in an uninsulated, reused cardboard box. When it arrived at my place ( a week later) I noticed there were no labels on the box stating that it needed to be KEPT FROZEN, and that it was perishable. It had been left on my porch in the sun and the contents measured 19C. I now have a freezer full of spoiled food as garbage day is in two weeks. I have been promised a replacement order but hold out little hope it will fair better.
