Excellent service with attention to detail
After becoming dissatisfied with the service I was receiving from a company I had been using for computer repairs for years, I decided it was time for a change. I chose Sheffield Computer Services, and I am very glad I did. The previous attempt at repair had left a working computer not recognising any of its internal drives and unbootable, and was told that it was on its last legs. Nathaniel got the computer recognising the drives and booting again and installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro. He also took the time to make sure the latest drivers were installed for all aspects of the computer, especially the graphics drivers, which has enhanced its performance in that respect. Nathaniel was friendly, polite, courteous and respectful at all times, and managed to get a computer that according to the previous company was on its way out working well again. I would not hesitate to recommend Sheffield Computer Services to anyone.
