Poor service and unfit for purpose
My doctor did not take the time to listen to me nor my concerns and simply dismissed my questions and provided a one day medical certificate that was unfit for the purpose I needed it for. She hung up on me abruptly before I could say anything. I paid for a multi-day certificate and have no option to receive a refund. I am appalled by her dehumanising conduct.
