Absolute worst rental experience ever
Absolute worst rental experience ever. DO NOT rent from this company. Crooks! Not only did I move into a house that was new construction not finished but my lease was terminated due to the electrical issues within 2 weeks of moving in. I moved in on October 26th and had to be off the property by November 30th I have signed the papers and agreed to leave cleaned up the property and now the company is stalling on giving the money that is owed to me to be refunded for having to move due to property managers not managing a property right. I’ve gave my savings and took out a loan trying to get into another rental property and great Jones did not care that I and my 2 children were left struggling at their irresponsible acts. Once more stay away from this company they will take thousands from you.
