I needed a cycle chain for an upcoming event as an order on Ebay had not arrived. The online price was very good with free delivery going to be about three days, this was OK by me. To my utmost surprise and delight, the chain arrived the very next day, I really wasn't expecting this. My utmost thanks to this company, what superb customer service, many thanks.
