ABOMINABLE!!!
For reasons unknown Lloyds allowed transactions to go from my account that left me overdrawn. They then continued to allow transactions to be processed. After I noticed this I queried why they would continue to allow any transactions after the overdraft ran out their answer has been bizarre stating that on this occasion they felt like it as I have been a customer for many years! I would t mind but I now have to pay for this when the transaction should have been returned. Trying to get this sorted for over 6 hours today waiting over an hour in between simple questions for responses, they also stopped replying once I stated this was urgent as I needed shopping to feed my nine month old and couldn’t access the money due to these fees. No reply. Nothing! No care I should avoid if I had my time again and once this is resolved I will most certainly be closing my account
