Final outcome was very good
Final outcome was very good, with a new Android phone and airtime contract. But initially, they had taken my order for an out-of-stock model, with a promise that the phone would be delivered in "one or two days". It took 2 extra phone calls, and in the end, my order was upgraded, and the phone arrived next day !
