Disappointed
Ordered a gift basket for our nephew's 50th birthday. Got to the checkout and realized I wanted to edit my wishes to him, which I could not do online so I called. The representative was nice and told me I had to put my order through whereby she could do the editing for me. Did all that and she wrote the changes I made. All good right? Nope. I made this call on Sunday at noon, figuring I wanted Wednesday delivery would be plenty of time, when I told her the delivery is for Wednesday she proceeded to tell me that for ground service there is a three-day schedule, therefore the gift basket would arrive the day after my nephew's birthday on the Thursday!!! I told her then I had no choice but to cancel my order, she never tried to help by saying well let me check to see if it can make it by Wednesday, (since technically that is three days) - anyway the order was cancelled. Very disappointing to say the least and they lost out on well over $100. I ordered from one of their competitors and had no issues.
