The seller has used this company for conveyancing. Over 5 months into the process now and there’s not even a chain. Lack of communication to my solicitor and told the case was taken over by a new solicitor from this company as the old one had left company….. I’m a first time buyer I had looked forward to buying my first home (as anyone would) This has dragged out for that long I don’t even know if the sale will complete The stress this caused me almost feels regrettable. I don’t have any faith in this company completing the sale, the solicitor from this company took ages to even response my my solicitors enquiry’s, which when I looked into it took a couple days. Really dissatisfied and have asked my solicitor to escalate the case higher but unsure if that’s even possible…
