Mixed Experience!
We used this site to hire a car for 3 weeks in Florida as it was competitively priced & had the worry free option where all charges were included. We had a mixed experience. Initially we were unable to find the hire desk at the airport as this did not match the company name on the paperwork. Once located we were quickly seen although we paid more money for breakdown cover! We were upgraded free of charge to a slightly larger car which was ready for collection straightaway. However it was really disappointing that the company knowingly hired us a car with a slow puncture. Once in day light we could see they had marked the tyre with an arrow indicating there was a problem, it repeatedly needed inflating during our trip. No other issues with the car itself, it was very clean and quite new. Drop off at airport was trouble free.
