Bad Customer support
I ordered a blue and brown ski jacket and brown ski trousers which protest sold (linked) as matching each other. However, they didn‘t as the one brown colour was different from the other. This was not not be seen from the description of the two parts from the web site. Upon reclamation customer support just stated „we delivered what you ordered“ and charged more than 10 Euro for sending the goods back from Germany to The Netherlands. Very disappointing experience!
