Refuse to make a refund for non-provided service
I paid for the the seats to sit together. At airport I was told that the plane changed, they assigned different seats (28A and 28F, not together) and we will get a refund. Now I wrote to your facebook support, and your employee refuses to provide a refund, because we received seats from the "same category". But we received RANDOM seats and didn't seat together. What for I paid for, if random seats in that category are free? I want to get a refund.
