Non existent customer service and issues with both orders.

I love joann's store so I assumed online would be no different. Boy was I wrong. I made 2 separate orders within a few days of each other. I had problems with both of them. First of all, they ship the items out in separate orders but I only got tracking info for the first package (from each respective order.) My first order, with 23 items, was marked delivered. So, color me irritated when I only received ONE item.. I emailed them about it and they got back to me the next day and asked for the items I was missing. I took time listing the 22 items I was missing for the person to reply "oh no, I am so sorry. Let me know if they still aren't there in a few days" Uhhh... Ok??? A few days went by and still no items.. then my 2nd order is marked as delivered and the same thing happened. Only one item was delivered. I emailed them for the next few days with no response. I sent a total of 3 emails asking where the heck the 200 dollars of items were and there was no response at all. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Finally.. a few days later the rest of my items arrived. And I still haven't gotten any replies back from their non existent customer service reps. I will never order online again.
