Been with lloyds bank since 2016 and it went downhill. My banking got suspended due fraud (they said) when I was buying ordering something online. Been on the phone to them for 2 hours trying to explain that its not a fraud ITS ME buying stuff online. Had to explain every single payment I made to proof that it was me. Months after (today) I was trying to tax my car and bank card getting declined... Rang them up and they said they had to ban my bank card from online shopping because before they thought I was getting frauded. No one told me my bank card will be banned and I need to order a new one. So now I need to find the way to tax my tax till I get the new bank card and its only because they deciding to control my money and do what they want without even letting me know. Feels like I will be using another banking soon.
