Please ! Please ! Please ! do not instruct PLS Solicitors for your conveyancing. The process they follow is to basically dump hundreds of pages of documentation onto a portal without any explanation, communication or support. You the Customer will be expected to understand every aspect of the process. If you don't understand or question any of the process PLS refer you back to the documentation dump and treat you like an idiot. House buying is stressful under normal circumstances, PLS will elevate your stress levels to breaking point with no communication, no explanations, no help at all. PLS never answer or return your calls when you are requesting clarifications or information. It gets worse, PLS will link their bill for services into the 'Completion' of the property purchase. So, you will have to pay for the awful service or not complete on the house. Then follow a very complicated complaints process to recover your money. I got to the point where I was willing to let the House go to avoid paying for the non-excitant help and support through this process. I have been dealing with Jordan (Case Manager), Dan (Team Lead) and Hassan (Section Lead) who are all arrogant and rude providing zero communication, help or support and fail to acknowledge their mistakes. This Team is completely incompetent and will jeopardise PLS's future if they are allowed to continue conveyancing. There are Solicitors out there who will guide you through the conveyancing process with good communication and advice so beware of using PLS.
