Refusing to take down shops they know are misleading people

Not only have they updates guidelines to hurt small sellers they are doing nothing to get rid of fake sellers. I just ordered from a small, handmade business located in NY and when I requested the shipping it is actually shipping from China. I reported the shop and filed for a refund and was told my the seller that is just the way "logistics" work and it is cheaper to ship from China... I went to their one star reviews and realized they've been doing this for a while and Etsy has done nothing. Unless you are 100% sure the business or person is who they say they are (linked to IG or a personal website do not buy from Etsy). I will never shop on Etsy again.

KITS+ feels like a scam :(

Love the glasses & customer service, but the membership seems like a bit of a scam. I applied because paying for the membership actually saved me money on my first order. However, I went to checkout some glasses from their "spring sale" and came to find out I cannot use the KITS+ membership with regular sales and discounts. Feels a bit like a gotcha moment. Hope they adjust these benefits as the "membership" does not really seem necessary if you cannot use it with regular deals as well.
