Poor experience in Guildford store…
Poor experience in Guildford store today - no greeting, when I approached till I was told ‘you can’t return these’ I pointed out that they were full price and was told ‘I don’t think so’ (they were btw). No 10% from email signup honoured either. Why bother having shops if they are such a negative experience? Online only for me now….
