Nice sofa bed, but not good delivery policy
The sofa bed delivered, when finally got it into room was good, but the policy of the delivery company not to allow their staff to lift it into the room was not good. The room was right next to the front door and hall. They put it into the hall next to the room, but we're not allowed to move the parcel a few feet into the room for us. Being elderly people this is a very bad policy as it was a real struggle for use to shift it into the room.
