We appointed Richard Kendall due to an unacceptable & unprofessional service from another Estate Agent. From the initial phone call through to the date of completion Richard Kendall remained professional throughout the whole process. Mandy was our key contact throughout & although there were issues with other Estate Agents & Solicitors, she kept us informed at all times in a professional, friendly & timely manner.
