Really disappointing
(Update: I responded to Zen’s response to this with the info they requested. Will update in progress.) Install was a nightmare - couple of guys turned up with basic tools without much of a clue. Took about 7hrs to get the cable in, with me doing a fair bit of the work. Installed in the wrong position and wrong location. I now have good coverage in a single room and patchy or none in the rest of the house. Connection seems to drop off intermittently in rooms with less than max signal. Previously had BT and got full coverage throughout house, including to security cams in garden. Went with Zen on Which recommendation. Really disappointing.
