Fraudulent company, bills you duplicates.
This fraudulent company sends out duplicate bills and uses bad practices to get them paid. 11 months ago I had a conversation with them about this which I thought was solved. I have the proofs of the resolution in the mail history and the transactions from my internet bank. Now 11 months later - they send me a reminder of the same duplicate bill and they have also added interest on the amount, making it even more expensive. Opening a ticket with their support just makes them close the ticket without any response or notification, tried contacting them again, twice, about this situation. They show no interest into solving this. I can only believe they wish not to be in business for much longer. My best guess is they want to create badwill and we will have to meet in court.
