Horrendous experience trying to get security deposit returned on our businees direct account. Details of the payment were lost by credit control department therefore we had to provide the proof of payment. Still pursuing this almost two months later and have spent hours on the phone and emailing trying to get it sorted. Each contact involves someone new who has no idea about the background to the situation so all has to be explained each and every time. It is extraordinarily mismanaged and is the worst service provider experience I have ever encountered.
