Dreadful Company with zero customer…
My wife and I are already Lyca customers and I got my son a Lyca pay as you go esim. Recently got him a new Lyca pay monthly esim and contacted them to cancel off the pay as you go as he didn’t want the number. Then the problems begin. Zero response from Lyca regarding the request, just threatening emails daily saying they can’t collect payment and that a late charge will be added then to top it all, today get a email saying they’ll report it as a missed payment on credit reference agencies???? It’s PAY AS YOU GO hint in the title, yet emails to customer service and complaints may as well be flushed down the toilet. Lastly signal quality has somewhat diminished in our area so will be looking at moving all accounts as not providing the service they claim.
