Disappointed and disgusted!
Absolutely shocked and disgusted by the customer service after care provided by Gigantic . My partner purchased VIP tickets to see Tony Hadley in Glasgow in November. Sadly my partner was diagnosed with cancer in April and has just started Chemotherapy. As a result we will not be able to see Tony Hadley due to the illness and associated treatment. Although struggling with her health my partner has made a number of attempts to resolve and get a refund from Gigantic. She has paid extra cancellation insurance so this should have been easy. Anything but, they don’t answer the phone despite numerous attempts. The emails from Gigantic have been unhelpful, causing extra stress and a feeling she is just going round in circles. I honestly believe that Gigantic are trying to avoid paying the refund despite the fact we took out the refund insurance. Under the circumstances this is absolutely abhorrent, we would never use this company again. Gigantic , you should be ashamed of your treatment towards my partner who is gravely ill.
